I'll grant you that. But what do you say about cases like Carl Jonsson, where he gave the Society irrefutable proof that its 1914 chronology was wrong? What was the result? Not only was he told to keep his mouth shut about it, he was DF'ed to make sure he couldn't share his finding with any of the other JWs.
This type of thing has happened over and over again, not just to Alan and Carl, but to lots of other people. If you think the Society doesn't know it's representing falsehood as truth, then you just have your head hopelessly buried in the sand. But then, I guess that explains why you're still a Witness. Some people can try to excuse these things with lots of arguments like you and Greg make and live it. Others, like Alan and me, cannot.
I would say that Alan and many others on this site have given enough "hard evidence" that any court of law would find the Society guilty "within a reasonable doubt." That's strong enough evidence for me!
Oh, and as an added comment, as Alan's wife, I happen to know who his contacts are and what they told him. I think Greg is lying, too. Sorry, Greg. But if you'd just call Alan like he asked you to, you two can clear this up once and for all. Why can't you just do that? What are you afraid of?
