One congregation's comments during coverage of the Nov KM insert:
Paragraphs were covered verbatim for the first 8 paragraphs. Paragraph 9 has us asking questions "What do I use it for? Could I be harmed spiritually? Or harm others spiritually?"
CONGREGATION: "We each should decide whether or not we should even have internet."
Paragraph 10 introduces the fact that there are "JW" websites.
CONGREGATION: "We can NEVER know if these are even really Jehovah's Witnesses. The Society is telling us not to go to these sites."
Paragraphs 11-18 deal with the contrast between association via the internet and association through the congregation.
CONGREGATION: "We need to have our activities directed by the faithful and discreet slave... and not dabble with the things of this world."
And finally ..."Cyberspace is a dangerous place!"
Can't wait until next week. :-(
