I am an outsider and I can't speak for any denomination or any group. I can tell you, however, not one person in my family has the slightest concern with Armagedon as you are talking aboout the word Armageddon here. I realize the bible says the earth will end, (Gen 8:22, 2 peter 3:10) but I usually think of it only as scientifically inevitable. As far as God coming to chase me down and kill me or anything like that, I can honestly tell you that worrying about that has not taken up a tenth of a second in my entire life time.
