What I have never understood about the "paganism" in such things is: what hasn't been used in such "pagan" rituals? And do those of you who can claim such things as pagan know yourselves why and how it originated or are you going on heresay?

My point in general is this, incence has been used for centuries in pagan rituals, it was also burned in the tabernacle (sp?) Candles are also prevelent in such things. In history midwives where considered Witches because they where able to use natural herbs in healing. These 3 examples are used far more through out history in pagan rituals than any decorated egg or chrismas tree has been. I guess for myself I don't understand where the lines are.

Just some thoughts. I would love to hear more perspectives.
