So many people have so much to say on this topic I fear I will be lost in the shuffle. I am sure you have perhaps even hear more than enough. I am offended by many posts as they are not very sypathetic in my opinion. What concens me the most about this situation is that you are married to one another yet it seems that you may not have very good lives of communication. The fact is we all have our downfalls and it in no persons right to judge another, However this is your husband and you should be able to trust one another in how you feel. Tell him how you feel. Despite all that anyone else has said we all need to remember that we are no better than another. I comend you in the fact that you ask questions and you are searching for help. Help does not always come directly from the scriptures but through other vessles of creation.
As far as your opinions of these girls, you are entitled, however there are few photo's taken these days in the nude of women under 18. There are strict laws within this country to prevent them being published. Photo's from other counties are another story however, but many of those are not allowed to be published with in the States as well. As far as these women yes many of then have hardships and various addictions. Most don't, they are not pimped they choose this as they do not see the shame of what they do. I should say they are not ashamed of being "nude."
I certainly hope that things work out between you and your husband. Just talk with him and I am sure that his love for you will help him understand your perspective.
