Just in Reported Growth for United States... Zero!!!

Average Publishers in US 1999 - 940,650
Average Publishers in US 1998 - 944,218

Yet due to the use of the peak publishers this has officially been called 0% increase even though it is a loss by their own statistics...

Kinda makes you go Hmmmm.
