Airing such matters publicly (again if it is without his informed consent) is going much too far.
If you have problems looking at things from the other person’s perspective then I urge you to think of the following situation and decide whether it would bother you.
Your husband puts up a post for help with his marital problems. His claim is that you are not following, what is in his opinion, scriptural guidelines for your health. You defile your body with an abundance of junk food causing a FOUL smell to fill the house nearly every time you use the rest room. Not only does the smell spilling over into the love den cause him to be turned off, but the effects of the defiling foods has added another burden…a burden on his eyes as you enter the room.
