Wasn't that phrase aenough to gag you? In other words "deceive the public". I loved the counsel I was always recieving, wait on Jehovah, pray for guidance, answer more at meetings, meditate on God's word, more personal study, etc., etc, but they never gave any real answers, just threw it back at you and made you the bad guy. And I fell for this stuff, but some where deap inside I knew things were going astray and I just kept burying my head in the sand. It wasn't until after my Mom died that I felt free enough to really start my exit. She was the only one left in my family that was a JW. Although I choose to just be inactive because of so many JW's in my husband's side, although he isn't one. I am not hiding but I am not blatant either.
