There is only ONE VIEW.
Jehovah created all through through Jesus Christ and not one thing came into existence except throgh that Creator and his "master worker" Jesus Christ. So Jesus and Jehovah are the obvious exceptions to "all things" which must reflect the context of reality.
For instance, if I were a pottery maker and I had many of my works on display on various shelves in a special exhibit room and you were looking at everything and I said: "I made everything in this room." You'd understand what I meant under the context. You wouldn't presume I meant the shelves, the ceiling fan, or the curtains. You wouldn't turn to me and give me a slap and say: "Ha! How DAAAAARE you say you made everything in this room since that's blasphemy. You didn't make me and you didn't make yourself. Only God can make a tree!" (Did I mention this was a mental ward ceremamics display for the patients Prozac fund?) Just kidddding!
But basically, we make profound statements that are understood as being "true" in their context, but which out of context may seen contradictory. That's why many times politicians and others are always saying: "He quoted me "out of context"" which means you can state one statement and make it mean something else if you change the context.
There is no conflict. This is just general speech which is perfectly truthful and reflective in the context.
