I have heard of several elders who have recently resigned and have become inactive, some not even attending meetings any longer, here in the western NY area.
If any are reading this message, I'd like to hear from them via email and then telephone communication. I have one particular brother in mind. He with another elder "investigated" a certain drinking incident I was involved with some 10 years ago. (Afterwards, he consulted with us on just exactly how to mix a "boilermaker.")
