I know that you are hoping for some kind of a "break through" to reform the Org. I understand and can sympathize with your position but let me give you my take on your proposal.
1) "I propose a RANSOM: In exchange for your silence to the secular world, the GB must come clean before the entire brotherhood and listen to their concerns and make the necessary change."
This would require the Governing Body and the entire power structure of the WTS to be humbled before the brotherhood. Based on the Governing Body's lack of humility both past and present this is unlikely to occur. Do you really think they would be that humble?
2) "I propose you write a letter exposing who you are and what the ERRORS of this organization are together with the evidence ( documents,witnesses,recordings,etc)."
This has already been done. Books such as Crisis of Conscience and excellent web sites like Freeminds.org have already exposed the Org as a sham for any person willing to reason on their own. Unless the "GB" member has startling new revelations about the WTS his exposing of errors, which have already been well documented would have little impact. Even if he is for real I believe he stated he has no such revelations. Another GB member defecting might raise the eyebrows of those JW's who already have serious doubts although those with such doubts are probably on their way out anyway. I believe I asked you in a previous post if you had read COC. If you have read it and other books like Apocalypse Delayed what greater evidence do you need? If you haven't read them why would you or other JW's suddenly decide to read some new material that would immediately be labeled "apostate" by the Org?
I will grant you this. It is possible that some highly organized movement could make a bigger impact than more individual ones. (Wow, the Org. would have an Anti-Org. Fred Franz would be pleased.)

With all due respect Lost Again I hate to inform you that the JW's are perceived by the media and the public as an insignificant religion comprised of "nice" but "odd" people. Unless there is some sensational news for the media to publish any coverage will to be minor and the public will not pay much attention to the "little religion" with its "nice" but "odd" adherents.
And as far as a "RANSOM", many JW's have been sacrificed to the Org. One more won't make any difference. They just don't care.
Sorry if this bursts your idea but like I said this is my take on it.
