Even if the WTS teaching was true that some people would remain, I think God would be smart enough to include the GB of the WTS among those who are destroyed as a false prophet! And if by chance some individual did survive, God certainly wouldn't give him or them the power to do what you suggest. You seem to believe they have something more than IMAGINED authority. After Armageddon, all of the survivors would balk at these men when they see how wrong they were!
