here's an experiment.
Get together with some friend who's still in the
organization and have a few drinks. Confide in him/her
that you are discouraged and that you think the
organization is going to fall apart over the next
five years. If they are shocked , it's just depression
and alcohol talking.
But you may be surprized at how many elders/pioneers/
ministerial servants/ missionaries will sigh and
quietly agree.
