I STRONGLY advice you, IMHO of course, to STOP touching your secretary. You are giving her suble "hints" that you are "interested" in her. As you indicated in another post, that you are seeing a counselor, I would suggest you take this matter up with them. You are heading for BIG trouble if you don't stop with the "practice" touching.
