You'd needn't concern yourself about the present Governing Body who have been "disfellowshipped" as of November 1992. In addition to being informed they would no longer be feeding the sheep, they were also told they would not have any position of responsibility in the new government having mishandled their responsibilities with this present position. That is, those who have idividually repented.
As far as the government of the millennium is concerned, it will be ruled by Jesus Christ and the 144,000 including many faithful ones of old such as Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Daniel. So it will be a righteous rulership.
And as far as the world destroyed. The Bible suggests that in fact, the righteous will have the spoils of those wicked who perish so likely much of the major infrastructure of the current world will be left in place. It is possible that the wicked will virtually drop dead or kill themselves off as is also suggested, leaving everything for the righteous.
So you needn't paint such a bleak post-Armageddon picture. I imagine it as being the day when everybody who is left can go shopping and get what they've always wanted!. The modern world will be left in place as much as possible for the righteous to enjoy.
Won't that be nice?
