Please read what Observer said carefully. You really are straining credulity and should give it up. Why do you keep telling us that you will "get back" to these points only after you have "dealt with" AF? Can it be that hard to defend material that you have now published twice. Surely you are the master of the subject and should be able to defend your own book and your original research on the spot. After all, we are not talking nuclear physics are we?
I have held a variety of opinions of you recently and the latest one is that you are clearly and, perhaps, merely, out of your depth. If that is the case then I have been too harsh on you in the past and I apologize. However, had you been engaged in a live debate with AF in front of an impartial audience then you would have been declared the loser a long time ago. What you are doing now is grabbing people on their way out and desperately trying to make your case to anyone who will listen. You do see that, don't you? Almost everyone else does.
There is no shame attached to admitting that you were wrong, as Observer encourages; we have all been caught squirming in a corner just as you are now, trying to defend "The Truth." Can't be done. Simple as that. As Observer says, take your medicine and give it up. Think about about how you can direct your considerable talents towards some endeavor that will enrich you and yours as opposed to this sinister organization that can only exist by redefining the english language in the heads of its followers.
If you don't believe me then I propose the following: let's club together and offer an honorarium to some independent academic expert in the field and get him or her to review chapter 9 of your book. I'll kick in $250 and maybe other H2O participants can donate some also. Then we publish the review here. What about it? We should be able to get someone good for less than a thou.
