Can you imagine the WTS allowing all types of different bible interpretations being exchanged in the congregations?
Imagine you are in the same KH as some of regular contributors in this forum. Imagine that during the public talk, every word mentioned from out of the platform is furiously debated and challenged.
Imagine that during the Watchtower study, the brothers and sisters split into various groups and huddle after each paragraph is read to decide whether to agree or disagree with its contents and whether to give comments or not.
Imagine that during the Theocratic Minsitry School, any brother or sister can come out to the platform and give a 5 min talk about their own views and conflicting interpretations as some process of an approved democratic process.
Imagine that during the Service Meeting, instead of discussing the offerings for that month, demonstrations are given on how to promote the different views and opinions. And how to convince the householder to accept and believe the plethora of beliefs and encourage him or her to formulate their own.
Imagine that during the Field Service meeting, the friends are not divided into twos, but rather split into different groups according to their own opinions and views, and sent out to the territory.
Can any faithful JW or those who are spiritually hungry imagine themselves at such a hall.
Will anyone be spiritually upbuilt by attending such a congregation. Will those who visit the Hall for the first time get any semblance of spiritual unity.
Now lets imagine that the apostle Paul is still alive today and he visits such a congregation. What do you think his reaction is going to be.? Or better yet, the first part of the book of Rev has not been written, will this congregation get the privilege of being mentioned as part of the letter to the seven congregations from Jesus? And what do you think his comments are going to be?
