IF someone lies and maliciously acts with the intent to deceive THEN they lose most of their credibility. Such a pronouncement would need to be made based on the actual facts.
Do we have "ALL" the facts? At worst GB may lose all credibility. But the messenger, ROS, is simply a conduit for information. ROS has always been up-front about the claims made by GB.
[Tyndale] has asked for general response but ROS is also capable of self-defense.
I have stated my own oppinion several times. I believe GB is most likely what he claims. Like many here I have read his comments numerous times and I fail to find the kind of evidence that would discredit him. PB, who by temperament, is overly cautious to the point of paranoia, has made his judgement based on the kind of point that could easily be overlooked by a person who isn't detailed oriented. PB has a distinct "harshness" to his style that contrasts with GB's softer/open "people" oriented nature. Those who are "people" oriented could easily make a mistake on financial matters. So what!
I say believe GB. Love believes all things - of course that are believable. Ride this train wherever it goes. If it crashes there is no harm. The only tool ANY reformer has is time. And GB needs time too!
