It's the pink, green, and striped eggs that are "pagan". Those you can ignore. The regular eggs are okay.
See the difference?
If an evergreen is in the forrest or your yard it's okay. But if it has lights and tinsil on it, then you know it's a pagan god/goddess symbol.
Get it?
It's not that hard to tell when something is an everyday item and when it is being venerated by some means to draw some special attention to it.
