Felix,

Depends upon what you define "inspired" to mean. I believe all of us are inspired to do and think many things. This certainly does not equate to inerrancy. When some one claims "inspiration" and a direct link to God, then the fruits of that claim have to be examined carefully. What are the 'fruits of the spirit' adumbrated by Jesus?

Inerrancy and "true" both connote an absolute, whereas "inspired" means "moved to do thus and such" without any guarantee lack of error.

Paul fell off his @ss onto his @ss and was "inspired" by the event. Every since then the Jimmy Swaggarts and Gov. Bodies of the religious world are claiming they too have a direct access to "divine guidance" whether it is interpretation of scripture or what coital position is acceptable.

I digress too much.
