I noticed this under Stand Firm over at Wit.net. I believe I remember seeing letters posted here from the Society where they were kissing up to the Nazi leadership and distancing themselves from the Jews? I assume the rank and file were once again taking the hits while the boys at Bethel were trying to play politics only it didn't work? Correct me if I am wrong. I wonder if the history dept. of TRINITY U. is aware of the letters written by the Society to Hitler?
I don't have copies of any of that material, but if I did I would send them to the dept. involved and see if they were aware of them. It doesn't take away from the sacrifice of the individuals, it does take away some of the bragging rights of the Society, in my opinion.
