But as case after case has been studied, the so-called "contradictions" such as these two have totally evaporated and the problem was not with the text but with lack of expertise or casual incompetence of those who think a loose treatment of the translation is sufficient to establish error.
The Mary Magdalene contradictions and the time of Jesus' trial at noon versus his impalement at 9:00 are two examples of a superficial reading of the gospel accounts.
So you need to take at least these two presumed contradictions off your contradictions list since they are do to a mis-reading of the text rather than textual error.
