Thanks sooo much for sharing this experience.
As long as persons understand that the Bible must be found true, even if the WTS is not keeping up with the truth, there certainly are benefits to remaining in the organization.
After all, the Bible does say "keep gathering together all the more so as the day draws near...", at the same time, it indicates that many would be "sighing and crying over what is happening in Jerusalem" during the last days.
So just keep awake. I'm sure the friends appreciate the support your presence and continued faith give them.
Of course, everyone are not comfortable staying and those who leave have Jehovah's blessing as well if it is to pursue improving their relationship with their Creator.
