The Jehovah's Witnesses do not teach people to live by the Bibles standards. They teach them to deny Christ as their mediator, to be judgmental and intolerant of others who do not share their views, to shun others who have committed no sin except doing what you are doing here, pointing out the obvious flaws of their GOD/Society.
You are in a hostage situation. If your husband has stepped down and is open to suggestion I would suggest you leave and try to find employment elsewhere so you could lead your own lives. If that is an option. If you raise your child in this religion be prepared to lose that child to it. You are critical of the Society and if you voice that criticism you could wind up being df'd if you stay where you are. Just a suggestion. My best wishes to you and yours. If you can't leave you would be wise to walk softly until you can.
