Not the same thing! In the Catholic hospital situation tying somebody's tubes is not a matter of life or death. In the JW situation it definitely is!

Nobody is required to provide services they do not believe in UNLESS it is a matter of life or death such as blood.

I can't believe you don't see the difference.
