Yes, that's why I stated it is a rough estimate. The problem is that we don't know how many publishers are unbaptized - though we might assume that people get baptized within a year or so. So I wouldn't trust the absolute numbers too much, but I think this kind of estimate makes sense when you try to look at trends, i.e. how many "missing publishers" were there 10 years, 9 years, 8 years...ago.
