Of interest, others have focussed on both 1947 and 1992-1993 as significant dates as far as Bible prohecy is concerned, but particularly the fulfillment of the 1335 days.
The link below discusses several Biblical chronology fulfllments in our modern times. Not all the dating is correct, of course, since the correct date for the fall of Jerusalem is not correct, which this reference dates in 604BCE and not the standard 587BCE.
Some valuable information is provided in the article which one should find interesting and it shows how others have tried to make the chronology prophesies work.
Of particular, note, though, is that the "1335 days" are noted to have been fulfilled in 1992. Though the author understands the date is significant, it is not understood exactly what was supposed to take place that year.
But this is one example of an INDEPENDENT reference to 1992-93 as a significant Biblical date linked to 1947 and the 1335 days prophecy.
