Farkel: Non-baptized teenagers, or any non-baptized person has the 'privelege' of commenting at meetings. In some congregations they have been permited to help out in small ways, such as assisting a baptized brother in and around the Kingdom Hall, repairing, cleaning, etc. They can go out in flied service. These can be revoked if the teenager is disciplined by the elders.

Normally, field service activity is the last privelege taken away. It is often the one way in which a teenager, or any JW can show the elders they are serious about getting back other priveleges. Field service is also one of the main test elders look at when reviewing candidates for baptism.
