Well, my friend, you are in a complicated situation...more complicated than you realize. If you are four months pregnant and not calling this man your FIANCE by now...thats MOST of the problem! If you arent talking about marriage, and he hasnt introduced you to his family at all after a YEAR then is he serious about you or are you a fling gone bad? If he is afraid of that introduction, he is probably a baptized witness and will most likely be disfellowshipped when your existence and the baby's become known to the elders of his congregation. If he gets disfellowshipped (kicked out of the JWs) he will be shunned by his family, and that means no contact with him by ANY JWs...or if he marries you...none with your or your baby either from the inlaws. He could ask to be reinstated as a JW (basically groveling before the elders for a looooong time until they decide he has repented sufficiently)in which case he will have to attend ALL the meetings and do ALL that they ask of him, which will most likely mean he will drag you into it also. You DONT want to do that. He will have to get a backbone and stand up for what he wants and quit acting like a teenager here...he's 29 years old for God's sake, he needs to start taking responsibility for his actions. I suggest if you guys love each other, you get married and move away from the parents and the JWs and start a new life for yourselves. If he doesnt marry you and no one knows about you and you have this baby and he LEAVES YOU to save himself from getting in trouble with Daddy and the JWs, then he is a liar, a coward and jerk and you dont need him... nor the JWS...in your or your little one's life.
