We all know that former members are shunned ...and the sentence regarding disfellowshipping not severing family ties? That is an outright lie too. I went over to witness.net and under the catagory Thorns in the Flesh (or something like that) I keyed in to read post from the last 90 days. What I read totaly appauled me to say the least. It's amazing how even so-called grandparents are severing ties to their grandchildren if their child is disfellowshipped. I thought they were supposed to be loving and happy people. There aren't too many happy, loving people that I can see.
