Hello dproper,

Thanks, so much for your kind words.

This is an interesting proposition. You know I try to read between the lines.

But in this case there would not be a "seasonal" pattern, particularly with a year-long flood. So the significance of the flood beginning in the second/eighth month might be significant, but not with respect to any late "harvest." Don't forget, wheat is harvested in the spring. So... I think that's kind of an immediate spiritual dead end.

But since you mentioned where we are in the harvest, I think we definiely are in an extended harvest period.

Based upon Matthew 20, at 77 years per hour, if the last hour was the same length of 77 years then the formal harvest would have ended lets say in the fall of 1998. So the harvest would seem to be extended after that.

But at least a year extension is suggested by Luke 13:6-9:

"A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came looking for fruit on it, but found none. Then he said to the vinedresser, 'Here it is three years that I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree, but have found none. Cut it down! Why really should it keep the ground useless?' In reply he said to him, 'Master, let it alone also this year, until I dig around it and put on manure; and if then it produces fruit in the future, [well and good]; but if not, you shall cut it down.'"

We can presume that this would be at the end of the harvest season when fruit was expected. That is, this was the last three years. But as we see, there was an extension. So the harvest period was to be extended at least one year for this particular tree.

This is fulfilled with the witness organization, of course, when in the fall of 1998 specific details of the Messiah's second advent were announced on the internet at H20. This was the "manure" that was needed to help the "nodding" ten virgins class to realize the Messiah had suddenly came and in which manner, since they could not get this information from the WTS who did not have this understanding. Only half of the ten virgins got their lamps in order in time to accept the newly arrived Messiah. But five foolish virgins without the proper spiritual and Biblical focus didn't get their lights shining in time to get into the banquet. Though the showed up later, their places were taken by someone else.

But that year ENDED in the fall of 1999. Also, the "last days" ended in the fall of 1999. Jesus was born around the time of the "Festival of Booths" in the 7th month (1st month of the secular year) in 2BCE. A day is 1000 years, so the "last day" would be the last 1000-year day just prior to the millennium since Jesus' birth in 2BCE (2000-2BCE=1998+1=1999). So no loose ends.

If this is still an ingathering period, then we are definitely in the extended-extended harvest period. But that's okay since we have had it already explained that for what time is extended, possibly one more person might see the light in time and get into the kingdom. So I would think the extension would be to the very last minute if possible.

Thanks for your question. Time is certainly critical from here on in!

Cheers,
Bibleman
