Roamer: My post below under KH Question -Amazing partially answers your question. The Society, and those who remained JWs lost the suit to keep the Kingdom Hall. My understanding is that the elders and members wishing to diassociate from the organization kept the Hall. I do not know if they are still in operation as some kind of church, or what happened.
