I think I know what you're asking. When the "144,000" are transformed, they all LOSE their physical bodies and become spirits in some form.
The person who gave up their life to become Jesus in a sense has already been resurrected and his body is still here. So his body will be given up too.
Perhaps you are asking if he and Jesus will separate after that. I think not. The component that person adds to Jesus' personality is something Jehovah wanted to give to Jesus.
As far as the 144,000, they will be transformed and will lose their current bodies. I'm not sure how it will work out for those double-persons who have been resurrected within the body of a living anointed one, but I would think they would get their own individual spiritual bodies. But I'm not sure. It may not matter essentially since they may all share some type of bond of oneness with each other and Jesus.
Whatever, it will be magnifiicent and it will be where they long to be. And they will finally be with the Creator and see him as he really is.
