I remember sitting in on all the available Gilead lectures during the day that they would allow us regular B-boys into. I can't remember if it was Glass or Redford who said something very similiar to your comment regarding the Gilead homes and what goes on there...but it was a comment along thew lines of it being one of the make or break adjustments for those in the missionary work...
