The 12 spiritual tribes add up to 144,OOO members. Also, in Rev. 14th chapter talks about one Lamb standing on Mount Zion and we know that there is one one Lamb and that is Christ. And Rev. 14:3 would make sense when it quote that there is only 144,000 (a literal number) we be taken to heaven.
