Marquis,

Postings are removed for violating H2O’s Forum Participation Policy. The frequency of deletions depends upon the number of moderators monitoring at any given time and the number of violations observed. Because moderators work strictly as volunteers they come and go from this forum just like everyone else. When they have time to moderate they do so. When they do not have time to moderate they do not do so.

Besides all of the above those participating on this site are very diverse in background and make up. That diversity is compounded because there is a constant influx of new participants. When FPP violations crop up from that diversity then deletions follow. That is another reason why deletions seem to be more prevalent from time to time.

Moderating H2O is a big job. Have you considered volunteering time to help moderate H2O? Here is a message you should consider if you would like to make a difference as a moderator.

I do not agree with your assessment of H2O, something that I want to make plain as this forum’s director. We are always open for suggestions and do not pretend to always do things just right. I am glad this forum’s participation policy made it possible for you to voice your complaints.
