Yes, Randy's Freeminds site does have some pages estimating the cost of producing literature. Since he was a supervisor in the press room, he is more informed than most on the matter.
Also, in Penton's "Apocalypse Delayed," he states that the WTS is much more inefficient than they claim to be. The society could probably outsource all the printing of its literature and have it produced for what it costs to now produce. Maybe even less.
Not to mention the money that could be put in the society's coffers from the sale of equipment and buildings used for printing and binding.
