Just recently I was given a book by a relative of mine. It contained the doctrines of their religion, chapters devoted to specific subjects with questions at the end of the chapter. A parallel to the "Truth" book it felt like to me. It was slightly over 200 pages and was softcovered.

Anyway, what really caught my attention was the order blank in the back of the book. When ordering a thousand of these, the cost of each book is .12. That's twelve cents a book.

I remember going out in service and offering the little pocketsize books for a dollar and the larger books were Two dollars and fifty cents. I'm beginning to wonder how much of a mark up was going on.

This religion doesn't own a large printing company, so has to outsource it's printing to companies that pay their employees at least minimum wage. Yet they are able to offer their book at a very low price(12 cents) compared to the WT that has volunteer workers. What's the deal?
