Friend,

I'm more confused now about your logic. Maybe somebody else can explain what you mean.

Anyhow, there are two issues that are mixing up:

1) Posting a link to a website

2) Posting a whole book(magazine) that is given away for free

While the latter might be subject to a grey area of the copyright law according to your "logic", the first is not a crime nor a violation of any copyright statute in the US. I asked tonight a friend of mine at the gym about whether posting a link to another website might be considered copyright infringement, and he just laughed about the ridiculous question. By the way, he's an attorney who especialized in patent law.

I'm not an attorney, I must remind everyone that I'm not offering legal advice, and I'm willing to be corrected if my interpretation of US case law is wrong. Furthermore, I would be willing to be enlightened if you can cite any case law where posting a link to a website was considered copyright infringement.

And that, my Friend, was the issue. Whether a poster on this board can post a link to website containing "Pay Attention" or a KM.

Thank you for reply.

Lobo
