I don’t understand your logic. Kent’s posting of "copyright" material in an ongoing "crime." The police can get as much evidence as it wants my just clicking on his site.

Have you considered that the good law enforcement officials in Kent’s neighborhood might have higher profile "crimes" to pursue? Have you considered that he Watchtower Bible & Tract Society may have unilaterally decided that, at this point, Kent’s publishing of their copyrighted material was not worth the effort necessary to convict? Have you considered that local Norwegian law enforcement just does not care about a complaint from the United States where the copyright holding corporation exists.

The fact is that Kent is NOT breaking any Norwegian laws. Please explain yourself better, I’m flabbergasted at your assertions.

Says who? Some local law policeman. Let me ask you a question. If a policeman says you are guilty, are you guilty?

Unless Kent’s use of the Society’s literature has been judged compliant by his locale’s judicial system (meaning a judge as opposed to a policeman) then whether Kent’s actions are exonerated (in Norway) is yet undecided.

So, Kent claim to exoneration is not true. He has not been so exonerated, at least not based upon what he has presented so far.

In any case, Kent asked, "And where did I print anything copyrighted?" He is apparently oblivious to what is printed in the very work in question. Title pages show copyright from 1991 with all rights reserved. In that case that work is copyrighted. The work he linked to is copyrighted.
