No, I would have preferred, as I've stated before, one that said nothing more than, "I'm sorry for having tried to deceive the board."
How can anyone not see that an apology for deliberate deception requires nothing less than a full admission of error without excuses and without blaming everyone at hand? Do you not see that it is toleration of this attitude that allows abuses such as deception by the Watchtower Society to run unchecked?
I see an apology in the face of clear error as a sign of strength, not weakness. I see the opposite too.
You want to see a good, clean `fight'? How can that happen when a poster refuses to answer direct questions? How can it happen when people answer directness with subterfuge? Can you really tell me?
