AF,

Would you have preferred a post from him that said nothing more than "AF, I'm sorry."???

People apologize in their own ways. Some opponents take it as a weakness or a sign of defeat when their opponent apologizes. So the way I see it he was simply offering an apology his way while still trying to give a defense of himself and his actions.

Does that make it right? Not necessarily. But does it make it wrong? No. It's called Point of View.

Forgive my bluntness, but I wonder about a few things. And this is simply my opinions and curiosities. Are you more interested in the DEBATE and settling an issue? Or are you more interested in Character Assasination? Is making Greg out to be a fool, whether by his words or your own, your main goal?

Now with Greg's actions, Character Assasination may not be necessary as he already committed "Character Suicide" (tm), but does rubbing salt in the wound make your argument stronger? Or would addressing the issues head on without personal issues make more sense?

I for one would rather see a good clean "fight" with supporting evidence to demolish the opponents arguments so that there is no gray area in the matter.

I think you have more than sufficient brains to accomplish that goal AF. I just think you are allowing emotions to override logic with Greg.

Just my opinions, take them for what they are worth.
