Bibleman: Thanks for your quick response. You are right in that this is a complex theory requiring many loose ends to be dealt with, and some major holes to be filled in.
My comment a couple of days ago regarding David Koresh is that he tried this theory. Anyone can claim they are some kind of returned imperfect Jesus, and have a powerful hold on their followers, as did Koresh over the Davidians, while using their imperfection as an excuse to do the will of the flesh. I am not trying to be difficult here, but it seems like a dangerous theory from that standpoint.
If your theory is correct, maybe our Mr. GB man who has been talking through Ros is really your imperfect Jesus who had taken over a GB member who recently died in his sleep. Maybe Jesus slipped in during the early hours of the morning and revived the body of Mr. GB before the rest of the GB knew he was gone, and now he is moving into action.
I am not serious of course, nor am I intending to poke fun. You have to admit though, that the imperfect Jesus theory is far removed from generally accepted Biblical application and interpretation.
Anyway, as I can I will look at the scriptures you cite and see where this goes. I do admire the fact that you are allowing your theory to be tested.
