In Norway anyone is innocent untill proven guilty.
Show me where I have argued that that should not be the case. Go ahead, show me. In fact I have elsewhere on this forum argued otherwise, repeatedly. Fortunately, in print, the Society takes the same view.
What you fail to see is that being presumed innocent does not innocent make, which is what you have claimed. Presumption of innocence is a protection not an exoneration. Can you comprehend that little bit of logic?
I have not argued that because Joe was accused of robbery that he was guilty. I have only argued that not being pursued by the police does not make him innocent. Innocent, that is, of the crime, not whether legal technicalities inhibit prosecution. Do you need further explanation?
Besides that this forums FPP manifests sensitivity to international copyright laws and is susceptible, in this case, of legal action in the United States, not Norway.
