· A complaint was filed that Joe robbed the bank.
· The police dropped the case against him.
Conclusion: Joe did nothing illegal.

First, YOU say Joe robbed a bank, or someone CLAIMED Joe did it. Then the police made an investigation and found there was no evidence Joe did rob the said bank. They therefore dropped the case against Joe.

According to your "logic" Joe should have been convicted, because someone SAID he was guilty.

Do you honestly feel that is the way to handle justice? Would Joe have been treated in a fair way if he were convicted because some people filed a complaint against him? The Watchtower leaders were sentenced to prison quite some years ago - and later released on the grounds of lack of evidence to the claims. Does that mean they were innocent? According to you, they should have spent 25 years in jail.

Any Jehovah's Witness accused of anything he/she could possibly do - and they were not convicted - is an error. Is that your general idea? The fact that someone is accused of violating some law makes him/her guilty as a fact?

I have to admit you are one of my favorite participants on H2O. You really prove to the world what many years inside the Organization actually do to a brain.
