I heard we were being visited by a Governing Body member so thought I'd take a peek -- and of course couldn't keep my mouth shut. Especially with this person LA because she/he seems to be so agreeable. Not the sort I'm used to when talking to a JW.
Things are going well. I have a couple of friends that have found freedom from the WT via the internet and I also had the opportunity recently to talk to a former bible study I had for years, who was on the verge of baptism. That person is no longer associating with the organization. I gave her the book "Crisis" and am now getting the other book Ray Franz wrote, "Christian Freedom".
She was to be baptized last month. She called me at the last minute, had questions. I tried to send her here and gave her all the downloaded material I saved from the past two years. She read over it in the weekend she was supposed to be at the circuit assembly.
Ain't that great news!
