Well the other thing to think about here with this simplified arrangement is that those of us in other countries have been living with it fo years now. So why is it that this simplified method is not done across the board, globally at one time. There is no country on earth that I am aware off that objects to Charities and religious organizations giving their stuff away for free, or even having people give a donation if they so desire.... I mean really what countries that allow religious freedom have laws that prevent giving and recieving donations to a church or other religious organization???
So if it was really about simplify, simplify, simplify.... then it would already be done along time ago.
