blood is a sticky red fluid, it has no significance other than to act as a symbol of
life(biblically speaking).
Life is sacred, blood cannot be more sacred than
life, which it symbolizes. NO SYMBOL SHOULD BE
HELD AS MORE SACRED THAN THE THING IT SYMBOLIZES.
Additionally, there is ambiguity in the Bible
and even in the WTS publications about blood.
These include statements about simply being
unclean (in Leviticus), statements about a matter
of conscience (as with foods sacrificed to idols)
or Watchtower comments allowing blood fractions.
Since these statements exist, IT IS UNREASONABLE
TO DEMAND THAT ANYONE SACRIFICE THEIR LIFE ON THE
BASIS OF AMBIGUITY.
Further, It is apparent that WT. research on blood
is flawed - to this day, I have never seen them
admit that James gave his speech based on the
law of the alien resident in Lev. 17 - 19.
