Some of us have already played with this idea and
in fact we have already offered to sit down and
work out a compromise and a timetable for implementing the reforms that are needed. There
first needs to be a willingness on their part. Truthfully, they don't need our assistance in writing the necessary articles since they have so
much experience with this sort of thing ;-)
