It seems as if Friend is contending that his enlightened view is embraced by the Society. If I am wrong about him I apologize but his contentions are either fraught with qualifications or he is flat out lying. Maybe someone else can figure it out? Here is the last post of the thread from below. (What I've learned on h2o)
>For a fact I have represented my views in opposition to the JW blood policy at the very highest levels amongst Jehovah’s Witnesses.
And your still an elder giving public talks? How do I join your congo? Where abouts is it? We have had many examples of our brothers and sisters being df or da over such as this and you are the exception?
>Amongst those who can do something my views are known (by my real name), as well as the views of others.
Ditto above.
>If you choose not to believe that, well, that is fine. Believe what you will, I could not care less. Keep in mind though that my actions are not bound to your beliefs when it comes to hypocrisy or not.
But you very much seem to be lying.
>What you discount entirely are the quite genuine and legitimate efforts of a lot of hard working Christians who are working behind the scenes to save lives!
Then why does Liberal Elder have to remain anonymous if you don't?
>I find your disposition in this matter utterly appalling!
Friend
If this is the case then why did the P.O. who posts here have to resign in his congo in Brooklyn? It was over the same subject. Your telling me that you have such enlightened leadership above you?
They let you speak your mind about it not being necessary for a person to be a JW to survive armageddon?
What religion are you? It surely is not the WTS I have known for 40 years!
